SHIPPING & DELIVERY
For any shipments within Canada and USA, we will charge based on a flat fee of US$15.00 for every purchase below US$75.00. For any purchases above US$75.00, we will provide FREE shipping charges.
At this time, we only ship our products within Canada and USA via Canada Post. For any purchases to be delivered outside North America, kindly contact our administration staffs (admin@volarecosmetics.com) that will be happy to assist you with this matter.
Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping details once your package has shipped. Estimated processing times do not apply during promotions and holidays. Please allow additional time to processing, shipping, and delivery of your order during these peak seasons, and be aware of any delays due to customs and the carrier service that may impact delivery times. Please note: shipping times are subject to change due to card validation. VOLARE COSMETICS INC. reserves the right to delay shipment or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
UNDELIVERABLE AND INSUFFICIENT ADDRESSES
Review your order and shipping address thoroughly before submitting your order. Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier to ensure delivery. VOLARE is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is returned to our office, a full refund will be issued. VOLARE is unable to re-ship orders that are returned to our office. If you would still like to purchase the items that were returned, you are welcome to place another order with a new shipping address.

We strongly believe in our product quality and performance. Every brush goes through thorough quality control testing before being shipped to you. We stand behind our products and will provide replacement items due to manufacturer defects up to two years from the invoice/receipt
Our replacement procedures are as follows:
- Fill out the online warranty form
- Provide the image of defective product
- Please provide your order number and/or email used and/or retailer receipt to place order to help our team streamline your replacement
- Our representative will contact you via e-mail about the status of your request within 1-3 business days. Our normal office hours are from Monday to Friday 9 AM – 5 PM PST
- If accepted, we will ship your replacement and confirm the shipment via e-mail
- You will not have to pay any shipping and handling fees; Volare will cover these costs.
Coverage
- All authentic VOLARE makeup brushes and brushes storage
- If the replacement product is unavailable, we will provide a similar product of comparable
- Our warranty is covered up to 2 years since the day of purchase, regardless of how many times the product has been used
Exclusions
- Defects and Tarnishes from abnormal use
- Lost or stolen product
- Makeup or residues buildup within the bristles
- Limit on one exchange per transaction, per product
